Our FOunders

Established Reys of Tomorrow on a shared belief system inspired by integrity, compassion, and perseverance.

Their unity of purpose fuels the mission to strengthen vulnerable communities and create pathways for growth and resilience.

While their personal belief in Jesus shapes how they live and lead, the heart of the foundation is inclusive; welcoming all who share in the vision of building stronger, healthier communities. They see faith as a compass that grounds their own journey, while values like service, hope, and accountability guide the organization’s work.

Through Reys of Tomorrow, Jhilaris and Reynaldo aim to extend the same principles that have carried them: that when people are supported in body, mind, and spirit, they can rise above challenges and build a legacy of lasting impact.

  • Chairman/ Founder

    Reynaldo López, MLB All-Star pitcher for the Atlanta Braves, grew up in San Pedro de Macorís, the heart of baseball in the Dominican Republic. From humble beginnings to the Major Leagues, his journey taught him the power of resilience and the importance of community support. As founder of the Reys of Tomorrow Foundation, he is committed to creating the resources and opportunities he once needed, so that vulnerable communities can rise with dignity, strength, and hope.

    Jhilaris López was raised in Santo Domingo, where life in the capital taught her grit, resilience, and the importance of perseverance. Long before becoming the wife of an MLB player, she learned how to navigate challenges with strength and grace. These qualities now guide her as she supports in managing the family’s assets, businesses, and projects. More than an organizer, Jhilaris is the steady force behind the Reys of Tomorrow Foundation: a woman whose heart for people and determination to push through obstacles brings both vision and compassion to the communities we serve.
